Job Responsibilities:
• Wash and clean dishes, plates, utensils, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all kitchenware is properly cleaned, sanitized and stored.
• Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation duties when required.
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Follow food safety, workplace safety and company hygiene procedures.
• Ensure sufficient clean dishes and kitchen equipment are available during operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements:
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
