Overview of the Role
Embarks on a structured training program to develop into a future store leader, gaining exposure across all aspects of store operations including sales, merchandising, operations, and team management.
What You Will Do
- Deliver excellent customer service and support sales performance
- Analyze sales reports and support commercial decision-making
- Assist in product management, replenishment, and stockroom operations
- Support visual merchandising and store image standards
- Participate in team management, scheduling, and training activities
- Ensure compliance with store operations, safety, and company standards
Required Skills to be Successful
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Passion for fashion and retail industry
