Join the opening team of a new 300-pax flagship restaurant and entertainment venue at Far East Square, expected to open in early October 2026.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH and restaurant operations
- Lead, train and manage the service team
- Maintain service standards and guest experience
- Coordinate closely with the Head Chef
- Drive sales, revenue and upselling
- Manage P&L, costs and inventory
- Plan staff schedules and manpower
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery
- Ensure compliance with F&B safety and licensing requirements
- Support pre-opening preparation and training
- Attend training in Shenzhen, China, if required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills
- Knowledge of P&L, cost control and inventory
- Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Able to commence at least 2 weeks before opening
