Management Trainee needed for Yaki Yaki-Bo located in Serangoon NEX
Key Responsibilities:
Management Trainee (Service)
- Assist the Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support training and onboarding of new staff
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving targets
Management Trainee (Kitchen)
- Kitchen Operations: Assist in daily prep, opening and closing.
- Food Quality & Standards: Maintain consistency, presentation and portion control.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Support stock-takes, receiving, storage, FIFO rotation and waste tracking.
- Team Support: Coordinate with chefs, cooks and stewarding. Help with shift briefings and task delegation as you progress.
- Health & Safety: Uphold HACCP guidelines, food hygiene and workplace safety. Ensure cleanliness of stations and equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and store reporting
