General Description
Primarily responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the Bakery Kitchen
- Preparation of ingredients for mixing according to recipe
- Make dough in the dough mixer according to the ingredients prepared
- Ensure smooth operation and finished products are always of consistent quality
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food item
- Ensures safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in production area
- Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years relevant working experience with similar capacity, preferably in central kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of baking or skills in preparation
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Physically fit and able to work in hot environment
- Positive attitude to work in a high-paced work environment
Qualifications
- Secondary / Certification / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
