You will be outsourced/deployed to our client, as a Waiver Officer!
Waiver Officer
Location: Alexendra, Punggol
Duration: Asap – 1 year, 5 days/week
Salary: Up to $4,000/Mth + 2 months completion Bonus
Job scope:
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, service escalations and waiver requests
- Ensure all cases are attended to and resolved within the standard or agreed turnaround time
- Support the submission and processing of waiver requests received through IVR
- Ensure all email, fax, letter, request processing, and social media activities comply with company Code of Conduct and Group Banking Operations policies
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Able to manage high email volumes
- Able to meet strict turnaround times across multiple case type
- Detail-oriented with strong compliance and policy adherence
- Team player with ability to meet daily service level targets
- Skilled in administrative processing, waiver support, and customer handling.
