Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Maintains the various operations of the cold room, Ice plant, various processing units , the boiler and all manufacturing machineries.
- Provide periodic maintenance to these plant, machineries and equipment.
- Follow and record all service maintenance schedules and make request for the replacement and spare parts .
- Execute daily ice production and defrosting duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering .
- Experience in plant maintenance in similar capacities for at least 2 years.
- Willing to be hands on in doing overhauling, repair and maintenance to any related machineries found in the plant.
