Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns
- Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed neatly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule
- Strong interest in customer service and sales
- Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills
- Prior retail or sales experience in related field is an advantage
Salary and Benefits:
