• Maintain professionalism and service quality during customer interactions
• Support administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A level and above, no experience required
• Comfortable handling enquiries via phone and email
• Able to commit for the contract period
• Proficient in basic computer applications
