Your Responsibilities

Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles within the hotel premises.
Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
Manage vehicle flow and traffic around the hotel entrance.
Direct vehicles to designated parking areas when required.
Manage taxi queues efficiently to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
Adhere to all safety procedures to protect guests, vehicles, and colleagues.
Support the Valet team with other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and reliable.
Good eyesight and comfortable driving a variety of vehicle types.
Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Successful applicants may be required to undergo employment and criminal background checks.
