About the role

Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Assistant in Singapore's vibrant shopping environment. You'll provide exceptional customer service whilst supporting daily store operations in a multicultural, merit-based workplace that values work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
  • Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Ensure merchandise displays are clean, organised, and visually appealing
  • Maintain overall store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Manager to support business operations

About you

  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
