🌟 Job Summary
Provide expert scalp consultations, analysis, and targeted treatments. Help clients achieve healthier scalps and stronger hair through personalized care, client education, and professional service.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
Conduct scalp consultations & diagnostic analysis
Perform deep cleansing, nourishing, herbal & therapeutic scalp treatments + relaxing massage
Recommend personalized treatment plans, home-care routines & suitable products
Track client progress, maintain records & follow-ups
Keep workspace/equipment clean & sanitized
Follow standards, attend training & support team goals
🔥 Requirements
Experience in scalp/hair care, beauty therapy or salon services preferred
Great communication & customer service
Skilled in hands-on treatments & massage
Positive attitude, willing to learn
Able to work weekends & PH on rotating shifts
🔬 Preferred
Knowledge of herbal/TCM scalp care
Experience with scalp analysis equipment
Beauty / cosmetology certification
💰 Earnings & Benefits
Monthly Base Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 (by experience)
Commission Structure:
Service Commission: $10 – $15 per session
Product Commission: 5% – 10% on retail sales
