Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Environmental Services
- Position Title: Mechanical Engineering Technician
- Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM); Saturday (8AM – 12PM) / Shift Work (Day: 8 AM – 8 PM, Night: 8 PM – 8 AM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Transport Allowance + Retention Bonus + AWS + Quarterly Incentive
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for all plant equipment according to approved procedures.
- Inspect equipment, identify problems, and complete repairs as needed.
- Maintain and update preventive maintenance records, including history cards and checklists.
- Record daily maintenance work and completed tasks in the logbook.
- Reduce equipment breakdowns and downtime by identifying faults early and resolving them quickly.
- Perform overhauls and maintenance on fans, blowers, pumps, motors, and other rotating/mechanical equipment.
- Support new equipment installation and conduct inspections to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in Process Plant.
- Possess strong practical and technical skills.
