Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Clinic / General Practitioner
- Position Title: Clinic Assistant
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5.5 days
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients, manage appointments, and handle walk-ins efficiently
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures
- Prepare consultation rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately with proper labeling
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and assist with claims (e.g. Medisave, CHAS, insurance)
- Maintain and update accurate patient records in clinic systems
- Take vital signs (e.g. height, weight, blood pressure) if trained
- Monitor and replenish clinic supplies and inventory
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and safety at all times
- Answer calls and manage general enquiries professionally
- Provide administrative support and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or relevant healthcare/admin certificate
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and serve patients with empathy
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with clinic systems preferred
