Procurement Assistant cum Class 3 Driver
Seng Hua Hng Foodstuff Pte Ltd (Camel Nuts) is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our Procurement team. If you enjoy a combination of office-based purchasing work and driving duties, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a well-established food manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily purchasing and procurement operations.
- Source quotations and communicate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely purchase of goods and materials.
- Drive the company vehicle for collection and delivery of documents, cheques, samples, and procurement-related items.
- Visit suppliers when required to collect materials or support procurement activities.
- Ensure company documents and items are transported safely and punctually.
- Support other procurement and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (required).
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative work is an advantage.
