Super A Sports is looking for reliable Freelance Tennis Racket Stringers to support our growing racket stringing operations.

🎾 Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠String tennis rackets according to customers' requested string and tension
•⁠ ⁠Deliver consistent, high-quality stringing workmanship
•⁠ ⁠Inspect rackets before and after stringing
•⁠ ⁠Identify potential issues such as damaged grommets, cracks or worn components
•⁠ ⁠Record string type, tension and relevant racket information accurately
•⁠ ⁠Complete assigned stringing jobs within the agreed turnaround time
•⁠ ⁠Take proper care of stringing machines, tools and customers' rackets
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organised stringing area

👤 Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Prior tennis racket stringing experience preferred
•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of tennis rackets, strings and tensions
•⁠ ⁠Able to string independently and consistently after training
•⁠ ⁠Careful and detail-oriented
•⁠ ⁠Responsible and reliable
•⁠ ⁠Able to handle customers' rackets with a high level of care
•⁠ ⁠Tennis players and racket enthusiasts are welcome

This is a freelance, per-racket arrangement, making it suitable for experienced stringers or racket enthusiasts looking for flexible additional work.

Rate:
Monday–Friday: $10/racket
Saturday–Sunday: $12/racket

Assignments will be arranged based on stringing demand and availability.

🛠 Training Provided

Training will be provided to ensure all stringers meet Super A Sports' stringing and quality standards.

Training will cover areas such as:

•⁠ ⁠Proper racket inspection before stringing
•⁠ ⁠Correct mounting and stringing procedures
•⁠ ⁠Stringing techniques and best practices
•⁠ ⁠Different racket patterns and string types
•⁠ ⁠Tension consistency and quality control
•⁠ ⁠Grommet and racket condition checks
•⁠ ⁠Proper handling of customers' rackets
•⁠ ⁠Super A Sports' stringing workflow and service standards
