💼 Your Role
You will be responsible for the daily laundry operations and ensuring every customer order is handled with care and completed on time.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store opening and closing
- Receive and process customer laundry orders
- Handle washing, drying, ironing, folding and packaging
- Register and update orders and sales in the system
- Check garments for fabric type, stains and special care requirements
- Select the appropriate cleaning method for different garments
- Sort laundry by color, fabric, cleaning method and level of dirt
- Inspect finished garments to ensure good quality
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete all orders according to the required timeline and quality standards
💪 We're looking for
- Responsible, hardworking and proactive
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good problem-solving and stress-management skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps, PC, email, Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of laundry, ironing and garment care
- Previous laundry or garment-care experience is an advantage
