👨💻What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and assist with laundry enquiries
- Receive and register customer orders accurately
- Recommend suitable laundry services based on garment type and customer needs
- Handle payments and update orders in our system
- Manage customer pick-ups and order collections
- Coordinate with our laundry factory for washing, ironing and special requests
- Follow up on orders and keep customers updated when needed
- Handle customer feedback and service requests professionally
- Keep the outlet clean, neat and ready for customers
- Work together with the team to make sure every customer has a smooth experience

- Friendly, proactive, and responsible team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn — training provided!
