What you will be doing
Your role as a customer service loan officer with us is to manage all inbound loan applications and enquiries.
About the job (key responsibilities)
- Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options
- Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company SOPs and industry regulations
- Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application
About you (key requirements)
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- No finance experience is required—we hire for potential
- Training will be provided on the job
About the outlet
- Ang Mo Kio (next to AMK Hub)
- Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm, off day will be fixed on Sundays
