About the Role
You’ll be supporting HQ and regional users, handling Tier 2 IT support, end-user computing and IT infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1/2 support for hardware, software, network and system issues
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and enterprise applications
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access rights and account provisioning
• Support IT infrastructure including servers, network devices and cloud platforms
• Perform patching, updates, antivirus and backup activities
• Monitor IT security, endpoint protection and access management
