The Job
- To support businesses in processing, performing loan documentation review and booking transactions accurately into bank systems.
- To support in loans servicing including rollovers, repayments, loan fee collections etc.
- To collaborate closely with team to uphold and improve on service standards based on established cut-off times.
- To initiate and follow up on production tickets to resolve systemic issues as well as businesses on outstanding cases pending confirmation/ clarification.
The Talent
- Experience in processing loan documentation or banking operations is an advantage
- Team player with positive learning attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
