What you'll be doing
- Attend to patients at the clinic, including registration, appointment scheduling and general enquiries
- Support doctors and clinical staff with day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage patient records, documentation and other administrative duties
- Assist with basic cashiering, claims and payment-related matters where required
- Support medication and consumables inventory, including replenishment and stock checks
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinic environment
- Assist with patient flow and ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Provide coverage across clinics when required based on operational needs
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinic operations, customer service or hospitality will be advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
