About Us
South Side is a cozy all-day brunch café in Keppel — a warm place where friends gather over great brunch, coffee, and dinner. We take pride in our creative menu, welcoming vibe, and commitment to excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily food & beverage operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to uphold strong service standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team on menu planning and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory, cost control, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance.
- Create memorable guest experiences and maintain a welcoming café atmosphere.
- Plan and coordinate small-scale café events and private bookings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality management (café/restaurant preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Good understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and customer service.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for creating great dining experiences.
