Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Fintech teams and internal business units to support system development, enhancement, and project delivery
- Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of in-house applications, automation tools, and management reporting functions
- Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analysis etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software development or fintech-related roles.
- Banking or financial industry experience will be an advantage.
- A track record of success in roles related to software development or innovation.
- A strong understanding of the methodologies and principles of software development.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Java, as well as frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.
- Familiarity with relational databases, API integration, and version control tools.
- Business-level Mandarin proficiency required to communicate with counterparts based in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan on regular project updates.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
