- Welcome and attend to customers upon arrival
- Present restaurant menus and help customers to recommend food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and settle payments
- Setup, clean, and organize workstations
- Ensure enough cutleries for the shift
- Provide customer service over various platforms
- Assisting other team members when needed
- Ensure safety for customers
- Bring used dishes/cutleries to cleaning station and cleaning/washing/drying accordingly
- Cleaning and tidying of whole restaurant including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors, counters, exteriors, washrooms, etc.
- Assist with simple ingredient and sauce preparations
- Must have food safety and hygiene basic level 1 cert
