Work Arrangement: 4-day work week + 1 standby day
Experience: No experience required – training provided
We are hiring Healthcare Assistants to join our prenatal and postpartum care centre in Sentosa. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and assistance to mothers and newborn babies
- Assist with feeding, changing, bathing and basic newborn care
- Support mothers with their general care and needs
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable care environment
- Observe and report any concerns to the nursing/care team
- Perform other healthcare and care-related duties as required
Requirements
- No prior healthcare experience required
- On-the-job training provided
- Caring, patient and comfortable working with mothers and newborns
- Responsible, attentive and willing to learn
- Able to work shifts, including night shifts
Working Arrangement & Benefits
