5.5 Days Per Week | Sunday OFF | 9am-6pm (Mon to Fri) | 9am to 1pm (Sat)
Location: Jurong Port Road
Basic Salary: SGD 1.7K to 2.3K with OT (depends on skills & experience)
Extra perk if there consist Class 3 driving license manual type
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and labeling daily parcels for delivery.
- Plan and manage staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, and packing.
- Prepare operational reports, summarizing daily/weekly stock movements, team productivity, and PO status.
- Sort incoming goods and maintain an organized storage system.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and managing inbound shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and manual order pickers safely.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and spot checks to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring 100% stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments for ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM Certificate holder.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Must be comfortable handling loads up to 15kg.
- Must be able to use a pallet jack and manual order picker.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language and English communication skills.
- Must be able to work a 5.5-day work week.
