  • Salary: $200 Per Day
  • Ad-hoc & Scheduled Work Arrangement (No fixed day per month)
  • Location: Central
  • 8.30AM - 6.00PM & 8.30PM - 1PM (If Saturday Required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily building operations.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams.
  • Troubleshoot building service issues.
  • Coordinate contractors and repair works.
  • Prepare monthly and incident reports.

Requirement

  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
  • 2 Years of experience in monitoring building maintenance
  • Familiar with AutoCAD & BIM Software to read drawing
