We’re looking for a Chef De Partie who’s ready to get stuck in, keep the kitchen moving, and make every plate count.
👨🍳 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Take charge of your section and keep it running like a well-oiled machine
• Prepare and cook dishes to our quality standards
• Keep things organised, clean and food-safe
• Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service
• Bring your skills, passion and creativity to the table
✨ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Someone who knows their way around a professional kitchen
• Solid culinary skills and a passion for good food
• A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Able to stay cool when the kitchen gets HOT 🔥
• Previous Chef De Partie or relevant kitchen experience is a plus
