Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at designated locations
- Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Explain offers clearly and guide customers through the purchase process
- Collaborate with backend support teams for post-sales fulfilment
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N’ or O’ Level qualification
- Prior experience in retail or outdoor sales is an advantage
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods
- Able to communicate effectively, including in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and meet targets
- Willing to work at different locations islandwide
