WHERE THIS ROLE CAN TAKE YOU
You start by learning how to source, qualify, and place candidates. Within months, you are hitting your numbers consistently. Then you start building — training junior recruiters, leading a small team, and eventually managing your own recruitment operation.
We are expanding internationally. The people who grow with us here in Singapore are the ones we look to when a new market opens up — including the US.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
📱 Source and reach out to candidates — use job portals and sourcing tools to find and connect with the right people
📞 Conduct phone screenings — genuine conversations to understand what candidates are looking for
🎯 Hit your weekly targets — work toward individual and team KPIs
🤝 Guide candidates through the process — from first call to first day
📊 Report and improve — track your numbers and keep getting better week on week
