About BingXue
BingXue is one of Singapore's fastest-growing matcha soft serve and tea brands, with 11+ outlets island-wide. We're hiring friendly, energetic team members to join our outlets at Suntec City, Changi City Point, and Yishun Junction Nine.
What You'll Do
- Prepare signature teas, fruit drinks, and matcha soft serve to BingXue standards
- Operate soft serve machines and assist with daily ingredient prep
- Serve customers with a warm, positive attitude — you're the face of the brand
- Handle cashiering and POS operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support outlet opening and closing duties
What We're Looking For
- Some F&B experience preferred (barista experience not required — we'll train you fully)
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, team player
- Comfortable on your feet and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to weekends and public holidays
- Basic spoken English; conversational Mandarin is a plus for customer service

- Full-Time: Up to $2,600/month + performance incentive
- Part-Time: Up to $13/hour
