Temp Customer Service Officer (Maternity Cover) 

Commitment Period:

  • Now - 13 April 2027
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description:

  • Greet visitors and answer calls professionally, providing accurate and timely assistance.
  • Record and track service requests, ensuring prompt follow-up and updates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and management team.
  • Follow property security and emergency procedures, responding calmly and coordinating assistance when needed.

Requirements: 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage 
  • Must be able to commit to the duration of the contract period
