⚡ Full-Time Supervisor (Food Retail)
🗓 5-day work week (44 hours)

About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role within the food retail department

You will
Oversee daily operations and ensure products are well-stocked, and ready for sale
Monitor product quality, expiry dates, pricing, and promotional execution
Coordinate product ordering and inventory with suppliers
Plan and execute promotions to support sales and customer engagement
Manage, delegate, and prioritise tasks among team members
Train and support new Sales Associates and Supervisors
Assist in receiving deliveries when required
Support operational needs across departments when necessary

👉 This is a hands-on role that combines people leadership with day-to-day retail operations

Scheduling
5-day work week (44 hours)
Work on weekends and public holidays based on roster
Rotational shifts based on operational needs
