Full-Time Lounge Attendant – Downtown
Location: Downtown, Singapore
Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM, (5 days/week)
Salary: $3,200/month
Role & Responsibilities
• Client welcoming, ushering to lounges / meeting rooms
• Beverage service and room setup
• Handle ad hoc requests incl. VC set up, car park coupon
• Inventory stock check
• Conduct morning inspections of the room to verify the functionality of all lighting and AV systems, as well as ensuring the replenishment of stationery supplies in the meeting rooms.
Requirements
• Able to communicate fluently in basic English
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred e.g. hotel service staff, restaurant service crew, cabin crew, customer service ambassadors
• Presentable, positive, and professional demeanour
• Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of service etiquette and professional conduct
