📢 Hiring: Shipping Assistant (Warehouse & Office Hybrid)
💰 Salary: $2,000 – $2,400
📍 Location: Penjuru Lane / Woodlands Height
🕐 Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare basic shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing Lists & Invoices.
- Coordinate shipments with warehouse and internal teams.
- Arrange shipment schedules and follow up on shipment status.
- Plan shipments based on customer orders and production readiness.
- Highlight shipment delays or issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with import/export and customs clearance coordination.
- Ensure shipments comply with Incoterms, trade regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain proper filing and records of shipping documents.
- Respond to basic shipping enquiries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Support other shipping and logistics duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant Shipping / Logistics experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, SAP & Outlook.
- Experience in import/export documentation is an advantage.
- Familiar with Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to commit to overtime when required.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak shipping periods.
- Able to handle/lift goods weighing 10–15kg.
