📦Warehouse Assistant | Sunview Road | 4-3-3-4 Roster | Day/Night shift |📦
We are hiring a Logistics Assistant to support daily transport and ground operations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery performance.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Track shipments and ensure KPIs and delivery schedules are met
• Coordinate closely with drivers, vendors, and customers
• Ensure drivers complete assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Handle and escalate service level issues when required
• Support smooth shift handovers between teams
• Maintain accuracy in Transport Management System updates
• Prepare operational reports as required
• Be contactable outside shift hours to support operations when needed
• Assist in shift coverage during off days when required
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Able to commit to rotating work schedules:
- Alternate weeks (e.g. Wed–Sat / Thu–Sat or Sun–Tue / Sun–Wed)
- Able to commit to 12-hour shifts from September 2026 onwards
