Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our service crew team. As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Job Description:
• Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and kitchen
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
Job Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
