Job Responsibilities
- Chauffeur the Chairman between his residence, office, meetings and other destinations
- Provide transportation for family members when required
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels and other assigned items
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
- Arrange routine servicing and perform basic vehicle checks
- Plan suitable routes according to traffic and schedules
- Assist with ad-hoc driving and administrative duties when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Chairman and family
Requirements
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record
- Experienced in providing personal or corporate driving support
- Familiar with Singapore roads, routes and traffic conditions
- Physically fit, healthy and a non-smoker
- Reliable, punctual, discreet and well-groomed
- Able to maintain a professional attitude when supporting senior management and family members
- Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required
- Own transport for commuting to the vehicle collection point is advantageous
- Candidates seeking stable, long-term employment are preferred
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Rest day: Sunday
- Overtime may be required on weekends and public holidays
