🔧 What You'll Do
You'll work closely with engineers, technicians and operators to keep production running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor production and ensure output & quality targets are met
- Troubleshoot production and machinery issues
- Perform basic maintenance and technical troubleshooting
- Check production data, charts and reports
- Identify problems and assist with process improvements
- Monitor and improve final product test results
- Guide operators/technicians when required
- Prepare production reports
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
⏰ Working Hours
Training Period:
📅 3 months | Office Hours
After Training:
☀️ Day Shift: 8:00AM – 8:15PM
🌙 Night Shift: 8:00PM – 8:15AM
🍱 1-hour meal break
Shift Pattern:
4 days work → 3 days off → 3 days work → 4 days off
🎓 Who We're Looking For
- Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
- No prior experience required
- Willing to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge is an advantage
