We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive who is eager to challenge themselves, and grow alongside the company as we expand into an international powerhouse. Customer Engagement
- Manage client records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists
- Assist in planning and executing customer membership and loyalty programmes
- Provide accurate information to clients on services, promotions, and ongoing packages
- Conduct follow-ups feedback and ensure post-service satisfaction
- Handle all incoming phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
- Address customer complaints and carry out service recovery with professionalism
Requirements
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective client engagement
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Positive mindset and is willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to converse effectively with mandarin-speaking clients
Working Hours & Arrangement
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
- Saturday Half-day Work From Home; required to be contactable to answer client's queries
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $2,200 – $3,000 (based on experience)
