Our Client 

  • Healthcare provider
  • 44 Hours Per Week, Rostered Rotating Shift
  • Various Location: Kovan / Yishun / Tampines 
  • Basic UP $3000 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient appointments, registrations, and maintain medical records accurately.
  • Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and equipment.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and stationery.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information.
  • Support other clinic staff in daily operations as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • 1 Year of clinic assistant experience
