Working Hours: 44 hours per week / Based on site Roster - 5 days’ a week.
Start Date: Immediate

*Job Summary*
The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for packing, labelling, and preparing meals and beverages for airline flights while ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and airline quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Pack airline meals, snacks, and beverages according to flight schedules and specifications
- Ensure correct portioning, labelling, and sealing of food items
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP/GMP compliance)
- Check food quality, freshness, and presentation before packing
- Follow airline-specific catering guidelines and loading instructions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and packing areas
- Assist in inventory control and minimize food waste
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and flight departure times
- Follow health, safety, and company policies at all times
