- Aerospace Manufacturing
- Mon – Fri 7.30am to 4.48pm / 7.30pm to 4.48am (monthly rotating)
- Basic UP $2600 + AWS + VB
- (Night Shift Allowance $18)
- East Area
- Hands-on inspection, measuring tools & basic metallurgy/lab testing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform metallurgical sample preparation, evaluation and inspection, and prepare evaluation reports.
- Conduct incoming inspection of materials to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Operate and use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain laboratory consumables, spare parts, calibration records and documentation.
- Support the Quality Engineer in QA activities and other quality-related duties as required
Requirement:
- At least Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- QA/QC or MRO experience is an advantage
- Able to use calipers, micrometers & measuring tools
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings & GD&T
- Able to work rotating shifts
