Job description:
- Operate SMT production equipment according to SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Operate and monitor equipment for solder paste printing, chip mounting, and reflow processes.
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance.
- Carry out product assembly and production activities.
- Perform basic visual and functional inspections using SPI, AOI, and AXI equipment.
- Perform feeder loading and unloading.
- Monitor production processes and report any defects, abnormalities, or equipment issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in electronics manufacturing plant or related plant.
- Basic knowledge of SMT machine operation and assembly processes.
- Experience in SMT production will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant technical experience and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
