Kitchen/Stall Assistant (Full-Time)
- Salary Range: $2,300 ~ $2,500
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Working Hours: 4:30am to 1:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA standards.
- Ensuring that meals are prepared according to recipe, portion control, conforming to hygiene and religious guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with MUIS regulations.
- Preparing & Cooking Food: Preparation of vegetables, marinating chicken/chicken wings, and cooking eggs and coconut rice.
- Food Preparation: Assist in general ingredient preparation, washing, cutting, and setting up the station before opening.
- Cashiering Duties: Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, take customer orders accurately, process cash/digital payments, and manage daily cash float.
Job Requirements:
- Own Transport
- Must have completed Basic Food Hygiene course.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and handling skills for cashiering duties.
