Ad-hoc Golf Hole-in-One Witness
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for reliable and attentive individuals to support golf events as a Hole-in-One Event Witness.
This is an ad-hoc assignment, suitable for individuals who are comfortable with flexible event dates and hours and have an interest in or basic understanding of golf.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be present at the designated golf hole throughout the assigned coverage period.
• Observe golfers taking their shots at the designated Hole-in-One hole.
• Act as an independent witness to verify if a Hole-in-One occurs during the event.
• Ensure accurate observation and recording of any Hole-in-One achieved.
• Complete and sign the required witness documentation or declaration, where applicable.
• Follow the event organiser's procedures for verification and reporting.
• Remain at the assigned location for the full duration of the required coverage.
• Perform other event-related duties as required.
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
• Ad-hoc golf events with approximately 3–4 events per month, depending on event requests.
• 1 witness will be required for each Hole-in-One event.
• Event dates, start times and hours of coverage will vary depending on the confirmed event requirements.
• Assignments will be offered based on event availability and the individual's availability.
