PASSENGER SERVICES ASSOCIATE (AIRPORT)
- PICK YOUR PREFERRED SHIFTS/DAYS!! Recommended minimum working days (3 weekdays + Sundays).
- 1 Year Contract is available. Please indicate CONTRACT if interested.
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Compulsory 5-7 days of training on weekdays, and must be able to attend face to face interview on 22 Sep, 4.30pm.
Job Description:
1) Assist passengers at the FAST kiosk machines/bag drop area
2) Escort foreign crew from arrival to hotel stay/from hotel to departure area.
3) Escort passengers from check-in through security checks, passport control, lounge area.
4) Departure and Arrival Gate handling
5) Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
Available Contract/Flexi Shift Timings:
- 0430-1330
- 1430-2330
- 1500-0000
- 1900-0200/2000-0300
Transport reimbursement claimable for shifts starting before 7am and ending past 11pm.
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
- Able to stand long hours
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills
