Customer Service Ambassador (Up to $22/hr | Training Provided)

Job Scope
• Engage customers and provide friendly assistance at events
• Answer enquiries and recommend suitable promotions or options
• Support sign-ups, registrations, and customer onboarding
• Assist with simple checkout guidance (PayNow / cash / card)
• Handle basic customer concerns and provide solutions on the spot
• Maintain smooth crowd flow and queue management
• Ensure a positive, welcoming customer experience at all times
• Work closely with the sales team to support conversions
• Assist with booth setup, stock replenishment, and coordination
• Keep track of simple daily reports or entries
✅ Training provided — no experience needed

Working Hours
Mon to Fri
10:00am to 7:00pm

Pay
Full-Time: Up to $3,300
Part-Time: Up to $22/hr
Minimum 3–4 days/week
Minimum 4 months commitment

Requirements
• Able to start on short notice
• Able to attend interview within 2 days
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
