Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Special Purpose Machinery
Position Title: Logistics cum Driver | Logistics Assistant
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 8am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming raw materials and goods while ensuring proper storage, labelling, and documentation.
Replenish production materials using the Kanban system and support daily warehouse operations, including inventory organisation and 5S housekeeping standards.
Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for delivery while maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing items.
Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, inventory audits, and report any material discrepancies or defects to the relevant teams.
Coordinate with Sales teams, external warehouses, customers, and suppliers to support order fulfilment, deliveries, collections, and smooth inventory movements.

Experience in delivery, warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is an advantage.
Valid Class 3 driving license required for the Logistics cum Class 3 Driver role (min 1-year of driving experience).
Forklift license is an advantage.
